Go to the Graphics Card tab and click on the icon next to the Bus Interface field. It looks like a blue question mark.
A window will pop up asking you to start the render test. Click Yes if you want to start it or No if you don't.
If you clicked Yes, a small window will open showing a 3D rendering of a furry object rotating on your screen. This will put some load on your GPU and increase its temperature and power consumption.
You can monitor the GPU load, temperature, fan speed, power consumption, etc. in the Sensors tab while the render test is running. You can also see the PCI-Express link speed and width in the Graphics Card tab.
To stop the render test, click on the X button on the top right corner of the render window or press Esc on your keyboard.
